Ken Follett

As soon I had finished pillars of Earth, I bought, actually Mr Garden bought for me the sequel, a World Without End by Ken Follet, but I promise I will try not to open it today, I will not read the first page, I have to clean and close the house first, I have to do my suicases, one for cold England, the other to equatorial weather of Kuala Lumpur.
I want to take some time off to come back on blogland, it's gonna be difficult, I know.
My dearest friends had a present for me last week, they gave me the three "Millenium" books, they are huge and heavy, I already send number two in England, next week I'll send number three in an enveloppe to Malaysia, and I will keep number one in my hand luggage, with the Ken Follett, the two fresh goose liver, and the deep frozen beans that could be found on our market place only.
They are going to unfreeze in my hand luggage, I will do the cooking at Helen's place when I reach there.

Happy travelling! Will they let you through customs with the goose liver?

Will you have time to read 3 books while you are visiting family? Good idea to send them ahead of you anyway.

Aha! so you are coming back to Kuala Lumpur..how exciting :) It's been raining everyday without fail. Sunny in the morning and rain in the afternoon, even my plans to balik kampung to the east coast had to be cancelled. School holidays and not much place to go when the beaches are closed. Penang is also raining..but it will be much fun when you are back. Big hugs for the weekend. Oh yes, I've not heard of this writter, is it a thriller book like Dan Brown, I would love to read it!!

Have a nice trip. I just came back from Malaysia yesterday. :) Just went there for a day to Desaru to visit the ostrich farm and fruit farm and had a wonderful experience taking a boat ride to view the fireflies in the night. (The looked like christmas tree, with the flies twinkling...lol). But the steps at the small jetty was so steep and it is best to wear proper shoes and not flip flops. I had yet to sort out those photos.
