Malaysian countryside, a la campagne

Thank you all for your nice comments even though I didn't take the time to write in English.
Ce n'est pas un veritable lac naturel, c'est une mine d'etain desafectee qui s'est remplie d'eau de ruisselement. On ne trouve plus beaucoup de mines d'etain aujourd'hui en Malaisie.
Sur la route, apres la grande cascade, le paysage est fabuleux, les petites montagnes equatoriales du centre du pays montent a 1000 metres.  
Cette cabane est l'epithome du bonheur sur terre, mais pourquoi pourquoi on a amenne la civilisation dans ce pays de cocagne qui possede tout, l'eau en abondance, les fruits, un peu de riz, la chasse et du poisson plein la mer? 
Arret dans une plantation de palmes.
L'huile de palme est une des nombreuses richesse du pays, la cueillette se fait a l'aube quand la chaleur n'est pas encore a son maximum, on dirait qu'il fait bon a l'ombre des grands arbres, mais je ne m'y risquerais pas trop, j'ai deja ete bouffee par les fourmis rouges, ce n'est pas une torture plaisante, et j'ai l'impression qu'il y a des serpents partout.

Lovely photo of the countryside. Is that near Ipoh? I remember there's a used tin mine there when I visited it many many moons ago...lol The only thing I am afraid in Malaysia must be the tiger. Heard there are tigers in the plantation. Not going near any plantation alone...lol

The pathway of the palm trees is so beautiful! I would have gotten dizzy looking up at the tree tops while walking.
